If I were rich

I would live in this sweater. *

*I would actually still live in a house. (Probably a nicer one.) But I would buy this sweater and I would wear it a lot. In fact, I would buy a whole bunch of them so that when the elbows wore out I would just pull a new one out and start wearing that one every day.

  1. I think a family of poor people could live in that sweater, it's about the cost of a month's rent.

  2. For even less we could get this (see the one at the top... 2 lb!)

  4. this reminds me of my favorite sarah silverman routine, where she said she mailed sweaters to an impoverished village in africa out of the kindness of her heart and received a letter back saying, "thank you for the sweaters --- they were delicious."

  5. JFC! Who the hell can afford to pay $395 for a cardigan sweater? That's just unconscionable, when you consider they probably paid a 12 year old girl in Honduras $3 cents to make it.

Ugh. I think I'm gonna be ill.

  6. Tom it's made OUT of Honduran girls, hence the premium price.

  8. I bought a knock off of this sweater from Old Navy for two dollars last week.
We have a loom in our basement where we weave the remains of unfortunate vistors into garments except we lack the exotic component of bits and parts of peoples from far flung exotic locations.
Ours consist of a blend that incorporates surly neighbor and parking ticket enforcement worker.
